Bojangles

Ate here yesterday 3/9/24 and now I have food poisoning.

We didn't eat here (or intend to), it was a bathroom stop. That said, it was gross, there was no soap in the restroom & the employee left after using the (out of order stall) restroom & went directly to the kitchen without using any form of hand hygiene. So, there's one more way fast food will kill you.

They only fill the to-go containers maybe 60%. Instead of taking time to ensure the customers gets a full container, it's hastily slopped in without concern of appropriate fullness. Very often have missing items in my bag. They tap the order closed, but I'm telling you that you MUST open the bag and check for all food before you drive away. These are not Chic-fil-A quality workers. They truly don't strive to get the order right. You will be missing something on every Family sized order. Biscuits, gravy, a side....something won't be in the bag or box. It's really sad that the workers are so inept at basic order management. They will glare at you when you start checking your bag. Oh well, I have to hold up the car line because ya'll are too lazy and don't care. The food is way too expensive to be so flippant on accuracy. Google wanted me to add the following info: - It is Kid Friendly - It is Wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking spots for the disabled and has a sidewalk ramp. - It does have bathrooms and you can dine inside - The business looks clean and well kept - The staff is generally pleasant - There are food items for Vegetarians - Good lighting at Night and very close to NC 64, less than a mile off the highway. Vegetarian options: Mash potatoes, green beans, biscuits, coleslaw, fries, Mac n' Cheese Parking: Lots of parking, very accessible Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaraunt Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, sidewalk ramp, wheelchair width entrance

This place is the worst Bojangles I have EVER been too. Walked in to the bathroom and was greeted with poop literal poop all over the toilet and floor. That should have steered me away but I made the mistake of ordering. This was a feat. I waited maybe 15-20 for my actual order to be placed. While I was waiting the manager and a customer were arguing. This was the second red flag of this place. Finally my order was placed and waiting more. While waiting, the manager was yelling for Lamar in the kitchen. The orders were all wrong and because of the incident with the manager arguing, I was scared to say anything about the incorrect order. I did not want to debate with this Bojangles employee over a biscuit. Everyone knows that a supreme comes with a biscuit but apparently that was omitted by the employees. The entire experience was awful and would not recommend it to anyone.
