    Would never recommend bass Appliance to any friend or neighbor as they have no consideration for handicapped senior citizens. Penny, in sales, is an absolute joy to work with, a sweet personality and very knowledgeable. I am uncertain who the b*t*h was who answered the phone just before 5:00 p.m. today and obviously was upset because she wanted to leave right at 5:00. I was promised a call back Friday morning of last week and here it is Monday at close of business and the woman still hasn't called me back after two long business days. And it's unclear which Lowe's Home Improvement one of the reviewers said that bass had lower prices than. You're an idiot because that simply is not true

    Support local. Bass Appliance is low-pressure sales (call Penny). They provide you with the information needed to make your decision. The installation team called ahead, were on time, and performed the install and removal quickly and professionally. Definitely heads above the "blue box" retail store.

    Needed a new washing machine. Soooo dreaded the process. Did my research online and called and spoke with Rhonda. She talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I went in on my lunch hour and paid for it, set it up to be delivered and was done in no time. They could have delivered that day but it didn't work with my schedule. They called ahead of time the next day, to deliver. Super nice guys. They had to take it upstairs and were very careful not to damage anything. They got the job done fast, showed me how to use it and took my old washing machine away. Highly satisfied and 100% recommend! The whole process was surprisingly easy! When my dryer dies, I'll be back to buy one to match my new washing machine.

Typically, we would apologize for you not having a good experience. Unfortunately, this case is not so simple. Firstly, we do not discriminate. The women in the office have never seen you in person. We bent over backwards to accommodate you and were met with problems at every turn. After setting up the delivery of the washer/dryer combo (that YOU chose), you called us the day of the delivery to make sure we called ahead because you had dogs that needed to be put away. We called ahead as promised and were left under the impression that the dogs had been put up. Upon the arrival of our delivery team to your home, our delivery guys both were chased by your dogs. However, besides the issue with the dogs, we were not aware of any upset with your purchase and delivery- in fact, you even called back to purchase a riser for your new washer/dryer combo. Some time later, after ordering this riser at your request, we called to make you aware it had come in and was ready to be delivered. You claimed that you never ordered the riser and did not want it. Now, after a month of having this washer/dryer combo you chose, you have decided you are unhappy with its’ appearance. We are deeply apologetic that you are not satisfied with YOUR choice, however, as stated on our website, all sales are FINAL after delivery, with the exception of mechanical issues.
