Dustin and his team did a wonderful job on a project at my place of business. Not only does it look awesome and the work performed is top quality, they respected the fact that I was also operating a business at the same time. They worked around our crazy client schedule, kept the place clean while working for safety issues, and communicated their every move to ensure smooth operations. They completed the requested project in a very timely fashion. Dustin was respectful of the money we were spending and made sure to approve any additional costs with me. Just want to give a huge shout out to Dustin. I rolled my truck off interstate 94 and Dustin was able to pick me up and tow my truck into Bismarck. Awesome guy, personable, and very awesome guy gives me hope back in the world that there are still nice people in the world Thankyou very much

We hired Iron & Oak Designs to install three doors (two exteriors and one interior to the garage) it was supposed to be a simple, one-day job. It turned out to be much more complicated when the front door was removed to find significant rot due to a poorly installed gutter that had leaked behind the siding of our front wall. The entire wall needed to be removed, our sill plate on the foundation needed to be replaced, and some of the floor joists needed to be partially removed due to rot. Dustin was squeezing us into his schedule, and we had now become a major project. The two original installers (Coleman and Dave) were amazing to work with. When they came across the rot, they immediately got Dustin on site and after a complete assessment, we came up with a plan. Even with the crazy weather and holidays, they did not leave us hanging. I cant imagine what they had to do to make everything work with the schedule, but they never complained, worked hard, and the final product is stunning. Its solid, beautiful, and the quality of work is top notch. When we ordered the doors, we had also ordered a window to replace our existing window above our entryway door through a different company. Due to our experience with the front door, we wanted to have Iron & Oak install it, as well as the trim around the door knowing it would look beautiful and cohesive. Again, something simple turned into a mess when the drawings provided by the other company for the rough opening did not match the final window they ordered. Again, Dustin and his crew figured it out (and it wasnt a simple process) they were professional, diligent, and you could never tell the amount of work that went into creating this beautiful entry. They never left a messy worksite. They were so respectful of our house, kids, and even made friends with our barking dogs. I highly recommend Iron & Oak Designs for any construction or remodeling work. At this point, they have done both interior and exterior work for us and everything has exceeded our expectations. Their strengths are quality craftsmanship, communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and overall ease to work with. These guys were great to have around and perform phenomenal work. If Google would let me, they would have more than 5 stars. Also, I should add, Im not related to anyone who works here, were simply homeowners who were trying to replace a door that was leaking air like a sieve. I found Iron & Oak based off recommendations on Facebook. Im a part time chemical engineer and my husband is a City Planner we pay attention to details almost to a fault. Were not usually review writers but when work stands out like this, they warrant an amazing review.
