Rebecca far surpassed my expectations during the sale of my mother's home. She provided concierge-style services, even when selling a modest home. I've sold a few houses and have yet to work with as helpful and willing an agent as Rebecca. Our sale was complicated as I don't live in North Dakota, so I had to rely on Rebecca to meet various parties (i.e., cleaners and donation centers) at the house in my absence. She did a great job staging, photographing, and marketing the home, as well as helping to coordinate the clearing and cleaning of the place, understanding my constraints of not being local. This level of service went beyond our agent contract and allowed us to sell the house for a great price quickly. You will not find a better agent.

Great communication and checked in often. She was not pushy at all. Helped with things related to purchasing a house but also with things that were not related.

As a second time home buyer, Rebecca exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable during all stages of the process. She helped me negotiate a lower price and she communicated often but I never felt pressured. I would recommend her.

Rebecca is a fantastic realtor! She made the house buying process so easy to understand and walked us through it step by step. We felt very secure working with her and were very confident that we would be able to get the house we wanted thanks to how well she does her job. 12/10 would recommend.
