West River at Dickinson Apartments

Lived here for 5 years and it's very nice place to live with nice property managers. However ever since they got new ownership they like to jack up my rent when I first moved in I was paying $780/month for my 1 bedroom now I'm going to pay $1000/month the whole reason I stayed here was the cost of rent was the cheapest in the area now they are becoming more expensive then all the other building's in Dickinson. Life is stressful enough without greedy property management companies trying to bleed you dry.

I love how helpful Abby and Rylie in the office has been towards helping me get moved in to my new apartment. These 2 are great! And the apartments are well maintained and really clean. Im happy i chose to make this place my new home

I love the spacious apartments! The walls aren't thin either. They have everything I need, even a garage. The staff is very attentive and quick to address any concerns. I love the little dog park they have here for your pet. The garbage trucks come by frequently so the bins are never overfilled. It's quiet here. So glad I chose these apartments!
