We use FSW for small business accounting and taxes as well as our individual taxes. I can't say enough good things! They are knowledgeable, communicate quickly and clearly, and extremely helpful.

My husband went to pick up our tax return, and he was told that he could sign the Form 8879 for me. I hadn't even LOOKED at the tax return yet, and they would have filed without my knowing. This is extremely unethical business practices in my opinion. When I called to voice my concern, I basically received silence on the other end. Apparently they don't have the 'customer is always right' mentality. This company has lost a client!

I called to inquire about getting my personal taxes reviewed, as they were very different from past years. The person who took my call was patient and thorough in answering a few questions that I had about my taxes, and what could have changed. Even though I am not pleased with the tax bill I got from the IRS, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism I experienced from FSW & Co!
