I would give this hotel a max of 4 stars except for one thing. I called within 10 minutes of leaving to inform the hotel that I had left a fairly expensive bluetooth ear bud on the night stand in my room.. We were in town only one night, but our room had not been even cleaned at this point. I would have gone back right away but the desk person, Amber said that she would notify housekeeping of this. I had confidence that she would take care of it. She didn't say that she wasn't sure or that she was concerned about finding my earbud. After our event, we headed back to the hotel. We arrived while I was on the phone. Amber then stated that she forgot about my earbud and didn't even remember the room number. TALK ABOUT BLATENT DISREGARD FOR PEOPLE'S BELONGINGS. I would have gone back right away had she not given me her confidence that she would take care of it.. Anyone would know to check the room right away due to it being a busy weekend with proable high turn over rate! She then states she can't go into the room now that someone else has checked in. She said she would take care of it! Any positive experiences I had here are wiped away due to Amber. I called today to check on it, still holding out hope, but I knew that nothing would have changed since she didn't act immediately. THANKS A LOT AMBER!!
