        If I could have rated T-Mobile a zero it would have been a higher rating than they deserve. They lied about " no contracts" and play games rather than give service. They make you buy a charger block and cord with the free new phone rather than give you them with to you. When you "Buy" a free phone they say they give you....read the service contract... deception, games and lies. 8 months of service and they Never got my bill right, two hours on the phone every month to get the extra money they took out of my account. They give you a discount for signing up for auto pay ....DO NOT DO IT. T- Mobile is the biggest ripoff in my opinion. I hope this review saves someone else from going through the nightmare I had with this company.

        Talk about customer service! Came in to upgrade my phone and without changing anything on my plan, Mak (I believe thats his name) and Sav got me into a new phone as speedy as could be! I previously went to the location in the mall and they told me I had to upgrade my plan before I could get a new phone. Well they were full of (insert inappropriate word here). I would 11/10 recommend this location for all of your T-Mobile needs.

        Management is uneducated in company policies and procedures. Even tried showing them the proper steps and Store Manager, Jared, still denied service for a procedure we do daily. As a long time t-mobile employee, denying service to customers is not a part of the brand and what we should represent.
