The customer service is not it at all. Almost everytime I come in, I never get greeted and very rarely does anyone comes to me and ask if I need help with anything. The last time I was there a week ago, when I was checking out I said hello to the cashier but she never said hello back just "what's your phone number". Well hello to you too . It's not very welcoming and even my mom hates coming here for that reason. I The customer service is not it at all. The staff is always helpful and friendly when I have questions. This Ulta has a wide variety of makeup, shampoo, skin care, etc.

I used to enjoy shopping at this location, up until recently. When I walked in Noone was there to greet, literally all the employees were talking amongst themselves huddled up in the corner. No one came up to me and asked if I needed help. I walked past the employees who were chatting away for I needed a new foundation and it seemed like they were doing me a favor by talking to me I saw they have Chanel there and the people promoting Chanel didnt even acknowledge me. I stood there for a few minutes hooding they would help me find their hydrating mask but they just side eyed me. I will be doing my shopping at macys and online to avoid their lack of work ethic. The cashier didnt seem to know about the point system Ulta uses. Didnt even bother to look my info up to pay with my Ulta credit card. Overall experience, horrible I sort of felt discriminated against. I used to enjoy shopping at this location, up until recently.
