        Booked a room a month in advance for 2 nights, got here, they had no reservation for us. The front desk gave us a suite and charged us for it. We got up, and room services were trying to kick us out. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have to. Rooms are nice, only a little dirty, but the service isn't great.

        The rooms were dirty. The pool area was very dirty. Outlets had no cover plates on them, leaving wires exposed. The online photos of the "suites" adjoining the pool area are misleading to say the least. The doors to the pool area (right outside our room) did not have functioning soft closures, so our head board rattled every time the door closed until the pool closed at 11pm. We listened to the people in the room below us talking as if they were in our room for most of the night.
