Cleaning (Oil, Grease, debris) STC came in and gave a very reasonable quote. I did not have to babysit at all. They were unbelievably professional, and the quality of work was a 10 out of 10. On top of that, the job was 10 stories up via ladders and steps. I will most definitely use them again.

This Company sent Brady Bonifas to estimate my duct work. He was friendly (easy on the eyes too) and very Professional. He estimated that it would be 3wks B4 he could get to me. I thought I would DIE from the Heat. Well, He had a Cancellation and put me in that slot. Not only did they Clean my ducts, they vacuum & clean up behind themselves. He even went ABOVE & BEYOND and went to LOWE'S for me. ANYONE needing HVAC and/or Industrial Cleaning. "PLEASE GIVE THEM A CALL! Mention my name and U will get a Extra SMILE!!! SUPERB WORK!! My Sales Representative, Brady Bonifas, was excellent to work with. Brady came out to do the estimate and was very thorough (and patient) in his explanation of the work to be performed and why. He even came on the day of service to make sure the technicians fully understood the scope of the work. The technicians were very skilled and personable, you could tell they were professionals. They took great made sure they left all areas as clean as when they arrived and took extreme care to not track dirt on my white carpets by changing out shoe covers each time they had to go outside.
