Raccoon Creek Apartments

Just did a tour today! Cloe & Emily - leasing agents were amazing! I had just come from another apartment that was trashy, roach infested, and horrible. I'm so glad I made the decision to walk in and check this place out. They've made the process so easy for me as a first time renter! I would recommend this place to anyone! -also can view your unit before signing any papers. Honest, reliable, cozy!!!

Raccoon Creek Apartments were the best first apartment I stayed on my own. Cozy and safe place to be. The court yard that my doors opened was very welcoming and whimsical! Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Most importantly, the administrative team is amazing! From the day I moved in, through the stay and last day there. They go above and beyond for their residents. Helping with any questions you have or guide you in the right direction. Huge thank you to Emily and Bri for always looking out for me. Thank you Raccoon Creek apartments for giving me a place to call a home!

Maintenance is amazing and office staff are friendly. Good location and well cared for location.
