Shawn and Mike came to do routine maintenance on our AC unit today (5/24/2023). I have never had a more pleasant experience with an HVAC company than I did today. They explained to me everything that they were doing and told me how I could even mitigate further issues. Furnace wasnt working properly; called Ed Emerson & associates and Shawn responded & stated he was with a customer and would head my way as soon as finished. He arrived, was professional, personable and made sure I understood what was going on with my furnace and fixed it. Shawn was amazing!! It was Christmas Eve and my furnace needed help! I called and Shawn was out in no time and had my furnace fixed! He gave me great advice and tips to go forward with.
