        Dropped off my Xbox Series X to get the HDMI port repaired. I was told it would take 2-3 days to fix. 4 days later I called for an update and they told me they expedite it and try to get it done that day and would call me back again. I never got a call. I called them again a couple days later for an update to find out they still had not even started on fixing my console when theyve had it for a week. Told me it would take ANOTHER couple of days to fix and would expedite it again. Wanted to charge over $200 just to fix it. I went and picked it up to take it somewhere else and noticed they scratched many areas of the back of my Xbox. Do yourselves a favor and dont go here. They are rip offs and lie to you.

        The employees here always go out of their way to help you with any electronics issues you have. I needed Sim cards put in two phones and had to use their phone and they were happy to help. This is my go to place for help with electronics.
