As a current nail technician, I am not pleased with the service. The e-file was used on my toes after I told them not to use it, to make matters worse the e-file has a used sanding bit on it. That is unsanitary. They only offer one type of pedi. And they add oil to the toes before gel was applied, which would mean my gel polish would not last that long. She barely touched my heels. She used the callus remover file and it feel like literally nothing, I am highly disappointed. Lotion was added to my legs while they were wet. That is not okay. No alcohol was used to dehydrate my toenails. During the service, the nail tech took the same e-file and used it on another customer. That is ridiculous. (Im writing this review as I sit and get a pedicure) I am highly upset and cant get over how unsanitary this place is. Service: Pedicure
