Suzette is wonderful. she can get everything done. she runs circles around everyone and I am very happy to have Suzette as my aid.

Well Suzette is a Great Aide, the other other ones I had to suggest that the use deodorant a few times. I was very respectful when I approached her about her oder but, I guess it didn't matter to her that it was awful . You can't work around people like this and smell bad yourself. And when you mention it to management they think its funny. Well it's not funny at all Mashuri Seth . The state will be headed there very soon, Because there are things your not allowed to do it's not funny. If he asked you 4 to 5 times already. You removed him from where he could fit in the bathroom to put a smaller lady in there. WHY? UMMM LETS FIND OUT SHALL WE. IF HE NEEDS TO USE THE REST ROOM HE NEEDS TO BE IN A ROOM that he can fit in. Please where your Mask when visiting is smells horrible

I am at the rehab/nursing facility right now and want to give you the 100% truth. The facility is pretty clean and doesn't have that weird smell that alot of nursing home have. Most of the staff is amazing. I don't know their names but can tell you that the nurse cece on the 7a to 7 p shift is amazing. She is wonderful. She responds to your needs within a great time. There is another nurse, pretty lady with a heavy accent, she is totally cool but a little slow with giving out meds. But i rather have staff thats a little slow but is cool and funny. The aid that works that shift is amazing as well. You can tell she likes her job. I think one aids name is casey and she is great as well. She dont mind doing the dirty part of the job. She makes the patient feel comfortable. Chris is one funny easy going guy and takes care of business. The ladies from PT are super sweet. The social workers and unit manager I like as well. Everyone is so easy going. Now 7p to 7a shift is another story. I don't know if they act out because they don't like their job or if they think because admin is not there to watch them they can act up. But yeah the nurse takes her sweet time ( approx. 2 hrs) before she gives you your meds. There is one aid that is extremely disrespectful and I had to report her and it was dealt with right away which I thought was really great. That shows that they really care about us sick folks The food is not so good but that's at all hospitals/ nursing homes but they could improve on that. Overall I like this place and I'm glad I came here.
