They were short on staff when my wife had her second hip replacement. They left her sitting in her own excrement for hours after the anesthesia wore off. They had no cleaned rooms for her to convales in, and they could not find anyone to give her pain meds. She suffered for hours. The nurses did their best, but they were very short on staff.

I had surgery yesterday and just wanted to say THANK YOU to the staff who cared for me . Everyone from the front desk check in , to the nurse's and doctor your kindness didn't go unnoticed you made my short stay one of the best experiences I've ever had .

This place is terrible with communication and answering the phones. If you need something like a doctors note don't expect to get it right away cause you can call on a Friday at 1pm well before they close and not have anyone call you back then you call Monday when they open and stay on hold for 30mins and still not get anywhere.

Fantastic from start to finish. All staff were friendly and attentive. My surgery with my podiatrist, Dr. Kaplansky, was smooth and pain-free. In-house pharmacy to fill scripts post-operation ensured my visit was as convenient as possible.

Dr Taylor is amazing he truly is Godsend NOW the charge nurse for surgery...named TAMMY has to be the stupidest person alive she didn't even know that my husband was the patient not me even tried making me take a pregnancy test if she is the main nurse she should know this stuff then took a step further she wouldn't let me stay with my husband because my 14 old was with us even tho we sent him downstairs with his uncle
