        If I could give no stars I would. Ive been a customer of Jackson Hewitt for YEARS! Awful experience this year nothing but problem after problem. Now Im trying to get my promotional issue fixed after waiting the 6 weeks and still nothing and Im getting the run around from everyone and cant get in touch with the district manager. Im furious! I pay too much money for them to be playing with my money.

        I made a confirmed appointment on the website. When I went to the office in a wallmart, I was told no one had been there for two weeks. I called, spoke with person working at a kiosk in another wall mart. When I got there he was gone. Called again, there was 1 person at that office so I had to wait a while. Then, it was very expensive. If I hadnt needed it done before a surgery appointment. I would have gone elsewhere. Get the scheduling together, I even got a text that morning confirming the appointment. The whole thing was very unprofessional!!
