I would to offer my honest assessment of Service Master as our contract cleaning service provider. In general, we are a very discriminate (tough) customer will high demands and performance expectations. Service Master has been with our company for decades and has evolved to meet are changing needs. Their professional cleaning competencies and contract services have grown significantly in support of our business all the same. Service Master has made strides to understand our business and our unique needs without reservation. Namely we have a diversity of standard cleaning needs. Some general or mundane; some very critical. Service Master offers the FULL service. We can bundle the handling of the office space cleaning, massive and varying floor care needs in multiple facilities, waste removal, timely, regulated and critical medical/health care sensitive applications in process operation facilities as well into one provider. I’ve yet to see them turn down a task that has been requested. In recognition of this, I can without reservation state that Service Master has demonstrated the utmost flexibility, willingness to adapt, and provide resources to meet our EVERY need. We are completely satisfied that there is a true partnership here which give us a compelling reason to value their contribution. As an FDA regulated organization, the criticality of the cleaning services for our facilities is unquestionably an integral part of our continuing business success. Service Master is reliable and dependent in short. As such we have much confidence in their services. In our business things can happen quickly and with little notification. When called upon Service Master has consistently shown impressive response time to our needs; I’m talking like less than an hour. They do what is required to protect and support us, their customer. Their management and on-site staff are available, engaged, and customer-centric. As to the cleaning staff, they are well selected, trained and motivated to do the best job the first time/consistently. When opportunities for improvement are noted, Service Master has got right on the task to make it happen. Additionally, the Service Master staff is well received by our own internal employees. They are professional and well presented in their physical appearance. We see them as a normal part and resource of our daily operations.
