        Got a referral from a friend of mine to contact Karen to assist on my parents case. Worst experience from any lawyers our family has ever dealt with. My parents left with none of their questions answered and feeling worthless. To spend $80 just to feel belittled and racism is something no one should ever have to go through especially when seeking help.
