Mindy has been nothing short of wonderful since I took out my insurance policies with her. She has our vehicles and renters insurance and is always a phone call away to answer any questions. In August of 2021, my basement flooded due to the heavy rains we received. I was extremely thankful when I called my agent, Mindy, and discovered I was covered. My mother was not so lucky. My mother is still working on the repairs in her basement. While I was sitting back, watching the repairs in my house be completed. We had a few hiccups during the repair process with the claims adjustor, but when I called Mindy, she was on the ball, and the problem was fixed immediately. Mindy is the most knowledgeable, caring, and honest agent. She has been my agent for 10+ years and is the only agent I trust. Thank you Mindy for always having my back.
