This was the most horrific experience I have ever had tryin to book a hotel room .! The hotel manager was super rude and very unprofessional. I would never stay at this hotel ever even if they paid me to .! The lack of professionalism and how disrespectful the manager was was out rages. I could say it was a race problem because that is how it seemed seeing I had to call another Hilton hotel to help me book my reservations because I was super confused and overwhelmed and just needed some help. After I got the help I needed I ended up staying at another Hilton hotel.

We stayed with a group traveling for team policy debate and we had a great experience. Even though there were some repairs being done on a broken water pipe, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was good about keeping the supplies stocked even with a bunch of hungry teenagers coming through at 6:45am. I always appreciate the gluten free breakfast options such as eggs and sausage. The kids had fun hanging out in the area with the pool table.

Great place to stay... lots of space, clean, modern & new. Lobby has a lot to offer with snacks, drinks, pooltable, beautiful sitting areas with TVs, and more. Nice indoor pool open til 10pm & nice barbecue area outside. Only downfall we've ever experienced was having to go to the front desk for extras because there was only ever 1 person working it.

I like the room size and decor. However, the place needed a nice wipe-down and vacuum. There was debris in every corner. Our room was not refreshed. The Waffle iron was out of order. And the charge ports are working in a low-power state. Nice location.
