Jay is knowledgeable about European cars and is dependable. He is my go to guy for my Audi Q5. Billy (Jays right hand man) is also at par and handles many critical tasks. Erica, at the front desk knows a lot about cars and is very helpful. If you own an European vehicle you can go to them with complete confidence. Their analysis of any issues are accurate, service is fast, and their charge is lesser than what Audi would charge. Many a times they have done inspection free of charge. I definitely recommend Prestige Auto.

They are liar we paid almost 700$ they didnt do anything PLEASE BE CAREFUL Our car running before after service stop running we dont dont know anything, they did something while fixing ya pay for nothing

Jay and his team are very thorough in all the work they do - from simple oil changes to full "A" and "B" Mercedes Service Inspections. I will always take my car to Prestige for any work that is needed. Won't even consider the dealer anymore.....
