Josh was so professional and friendly. He worked with us for all of our needs and even around our crazy schedules meeting us at our convenience when needed. We have a baby and he was so great and understanding when she was around if she would cry or anything he was very understanding through it all. He facilitated our sale so much quicker than we could have imagined and made this stressful time so much easier on us! He explained all the paperwork to make it super simple to understand for us and went over everything in detail for us. We will definitely use Josh again for when we are ready to buy! Definitely recommend giving him a chance to help you out and if you do, you definitely wont regret it!
