Pulled into American Heritage (Grange Insurance) within seconds of pulling in I was greeted by an old lady who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Wasnt even given time to gather personal documents to go in.

My husband and I parked in their lot for about 30 seconds, before an old lady came out of the building, jogging towards my car (it's 20 degrees outside, she didn't even have a coat on), to not so politely let us know thar we couldn't be there. We are new residents of Springfield and have never been treated so poorly in this area. Not to mention the almost empty parking lot, aside from the double parked car pictured. I am not surprised by the lack of business or good reviews here on Google. I'm sure that interaction is much like what it would be to do business with this 'establishment', so the lack of business is not surprising.
