This place doesn’t even deserve a review but I leave one anyways , I called and spoke to someone before verifying that it was ok to bring my 6 year old son and not waste my time making an appointment with my circumstances , and this place said sure we can do it well they failed miserably and professionally from start to finish. The biggest thing was the dentist putting his hand on my sons chest and not realizing that my 6 year old son was anxious and scared any good empathic doctor or dentist whatever would have noticed that and would’ve changed his tone . But no he wants to put his hand on my sons chest and ask me to step out of the room , who the hell does that … not professionals I’ll tell you that . So I wasted my time when they should have told me from the beginning that they couldn’t see him because they weren’t competent enough for the job .

Every one at Refresh Dental is nice. You are taken care of as soon as you walk in. The person that does the cleaning is great. Very personable.

Okay, so I’ve not had a “bad” experience but I went from no cavities to 7 only six months later. Was it told a night guard was going to cost me about $650 if I’m remembering correctly. They joked that I could get a second opinion but they would tell me the same thing and I would be back at refresh. Well I got the second opinion today. I will be canceling all my appointments at refresh. Other dentist said I have 2 cavities, am in need of a prescription tooth paste and that the night guard I need will only be about $300. My teeth have never felt so clean. Patty (the hygienist) was exceptional, answered all my questions and had great tips for my personal needs. The dentist has set up a plan for me to get my teeth back to A-1. I actually am excited for my next visit. Highly recommend!!!
