Sidekick Marketing

My business really tried to make this work but we never could make it work even with the help they provided. Whenever we had an issue they would only send clips explaining, but their explinations never solved our problems. We tried to contact them directly but never got a hold on anyone through calls. They couldnt connect directly either to help solve the problems. While we did enjoy the social media features, we felt it wasnt enough. We felt the workflow feature was very easy to edit but has way to many limitations. Another thing that cought our eye as well, was the fact that they do not use their own system during calls. Hope to give Sidekick another chance once and IF they get things settled.
