        Called to inquire about possibly replacing a water heater. Answered rudely and his only rude response was "Not today" and hung up on me!

        I recently used their service for the second time in a year and I cant say enough good things about them! They were so quick to respond and show up to repair the problems even during the ice/snow storm in Feb of 2021. They were both courteous/professional and fixed the problem correctly while charging a price that I considered to be fair and reasonable. To be truthful, it was even less than I was prepared for. Give them a chance to make you a happy customer! These types of businesses are a blessing to have when you need them. You wont be sorry that you did! At least I sure wasnt!
