If your time is valued, do not bother wasting energy with their used car department for any vehicle you locate in their online inventory. It is very poor business practices to attempt to get someone on your lot when you KNOW a specific vehicle the customer has requested to see is no longer available. Spoke directly with the manager Jimmy around noon, he checked the system inventory and confirmed they still had the vehicle onsite and scheduled an appointment for me to view the vehicle at 4pm. Around 330pm received another call directly from the dealership from Duane following up on my inquiry for this specific vehicle (I told him I had already been in communication with Jimmy) and he stated the vehicle would be pulled out front upon my 4pm arrival. Additionally, I received a follow-up text from the dealership, while I was in route, confirming the 4pm appointment. I arrive to my 4pm appointment (after driving 40 minutes to this dealership) where I am promptly greeted by a sales person and told the vehicle sold earlier this morning....even though my phone call with Jimmy, with confirmation that the vehicle was there, occurred late afternoon. Time wasted. After leaving the dealership, I received another phone call from their front desk, around 415pm, asking if I am still making my appointment to look at this specific vehicle. Three opportunities over the course of the day for them to be respectful of my time and tell me the specific vehicle I scheduled to see "had sold" and offer the option to cancel the appointment or still come out and see what other vehicle they could attempt to show/sell. Very dishonest sales practice, poor customer service and lack of respect for the customer's time.
