UPDATE 2024/04/05: Even after leaving this review and specifically talking about the excessive messages, I just got an email about leaving a review. It might seem petty to dock stars over this, but its a simple matter to treat people like human beings. Im sorry, but pestering me for a review is not going to get you a good rating. Learn how to run your automated systems properly, and stop begging me incessantly. ~~~~ Great quick service! Had an issue with water from laundry room seeping into the garage, and its no longer an issue. This was not an urgent/off-hours job, and it was only a small drainage problem (nothing I would have fixed myself though). I believe the solution cost less than it did for another company to unclog my bathroom sink even though more work was required. I got good explanations and quotes for work that I dont think is urgent, but good to know about. Id give them 5 stars, but I was bombarded with messages to give them a review (see image). I understand there being multiple points of contact (the automated system, the plumber, the supervisor, the secretary), but please find a way to refine your tech so I dont feel like Im being bothered to shill. I think any reasonable person will suffer the extra text messages for good responsive service.

I admire the company sending info about who's coming to our house. Jody was very professional and he did what needed to be done in a timely manner. They have a new customer!

We are currently having to seek legal counsel to take action against this company. Do not hire them! It has been the worst experience!
