        The business I work at had a cracked door window with the wire in it. The owner of Great American came out and measured it and made recommendations for different types of glass. My boss settled on the type he wanted. A few days later they came out with the glass we wanted, which was tempered. It was cut too big, so they had to put in a temporary window for a few days. Today they came out and put the glass in that was originally ordered. Great service, Great prices and friendly service.

        Waited 2 weeks for an estimate only to be told they supposedly tried calling me and then on the day the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me they inform me they couldn't do the job.
