Get through those possible tiny roadblocks and you will find that this is a very positive experience that is good for recipients, good for those who donate, and overall an easy process.

My 5 stars remain for the manager Jeff and a few select employees who have always been helpful. However there are too many bad apples compared to those that work hard. Literally needs a housecleaning and start all the way over beginning with Sierra.
My review after 2 years is that it's not being cleaned well. Bathrooms are often disgusting. They don't change gloves or always sanitize between people. They don't always wipe down areas where biohazard materials have been.
Impossibly long wait times most of the time. They do not in any way value your time so don't be fooled at first. I was told outright they don't value donors time. Being there between 2 and 3 hours quite often more than that just isn't worth the money. You have to stand in a line for an hour and a half before you even know if you are eligible to donate.
Also apparently they don't have to pay you or keep a manger on site. When I didn't receive the correct payment I was told there was no manager there to authorize it. What!?!?! I ended up waiting another 30 min for her to show up. I honestly don't think this particular manager iis competent enough to be a manager if she can't even stay at her job. They had literally just opened! She is never doing anything that I've seen except sucking on her vape in the parking lot. She twists company policies to suit herself. She is extremely manipulative. Employees and donors can't stand her. She definitely showed me how unsafe this place has been allowed to become. I will update my review if CSL makes it right and pays me the additional $40 I am owed. I was a very regular donor for two years
