We we were initially planning on shopping around for carpet but visited Urban flooring first, and quickly decided our search would end there. Steven's customer service was stellar, and he was very down to earth. He educated us gave us some savings for the installation and the carpet which was so appreciated.

It was a pleasure doing business with Christina. My partner and I have honestly looked at over 10+ showrooms in the OKC and Norman area for our flooring, but none of the stores were as customer-oriented, kind and professional as Urban Flooring. Christiana was very welcoming when we first came in the store and she remained courteous to us towards the whole process of ordering, picking up, and even re-ordering. Even the warehouse guy was so nice! We had a slight issue with the trims (totally our fault since we didnt clarify what we needed) and Christiana quickly helped us resolve the issue. Urban Flooring will be our first stop for our future flooring needs (well definitely buy from them again) and I truly recommend everyone to check them out!!

I came in and looked around for some flooring. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions. When Steve wasn't there, Christina was there to answer any questions. Both are communicative and helpful. Finally picked a floor and had it installed by their contractors (which were awesome, thank you Thomas and Anthony). They answered any questions or issues I had during the install process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project was delayed, in which it was in no part their fault. I have very pleased with the floors and the installation. I would recommend anyone getting a floor installation done, please consider this company. Also, please do your research on the type of floors and floor brands before purchasing, it's very helpful (again, not a negative of the company).
