Rooms: Rooms could use an update. Food & drinks: Breakfast is better than many, however dont expect to receive 2 waters at check in like all other Hilton Brand hotels. As a constant business traveler and Hilton Diamond member, I have expectations from a brand that I fully support. If I am spending a full week at your site, I would hope that the typical 2 waters at check-in is standard. Upon asking Russ at the front desk after 2 nights at the hotel, I was informed that its 1 water no matter how long my stay is. Consider alternatives.

My son made reservations and was very specific with what we needed. Not only did we NOT get this, my Daughter in law was treated very disrespectfully..

Truly terrible experience! Management should not be in hospitality! We needed connecting rooms and this was the only hotel that promised one during our reservation (otherwise we would never have booked here anyway). Upon arrival, they gave us two rooms that shared a wall but the two door were not close to each other. We needed connecting rooms because we would have babies in each one and sitter watching them while we attended an event so this would not work. Management was very rude. They laughed and scoffed at us and said we did not make this request and called us liars. Then the two managers said we requested adjoining rooms and obviously we didnt know that meant only connected by a wall and didnt have a door. Adjoining typically means connected by a door, but the managers insisted I didnt know what it meant. The rooms were dirty and TINY anyway. We could hardly fit the cribs in the rooms! The staff here are possibly the only rude people Ive EVER met in OK! We immediately left and went to Best Western where we were greeted with friendly faces, huge spacious rooms that are adjoining (meaning connect with a door), and the rooms were actually clean.
