Willamette Dental Group - Albany

Willamette Dental sucks. Plan on waiting months to actually get an appointment. Due to their inept scheduling and inability to actually refer out to their in house specialists, I had two teeth go south and am currently in the process of getting inplants. Even though they offer those services they sent me to a third party that they only cover a small portion leaving me to pay almost $10,000 out of pocket because this dental group sucks at retaining their wonderful doctors and is so understaffed that people cant get appointments. I remember prior to the pandemic when the company stood behind a no more then 2 weeks to be seen policy. Took me almost 3 months to get an appointment for a filling this last time.

I went to the dentist for years, they went through a number of doctors. One in particular I saw a couple times and he drilled on the wrong tooth! I had to stop him and after an argument he finally agreed that he had the charts upside down.... no numbing gel before the shots. 2 years later a different Doctor here told me it all needed to be redone and I should ask for a refund. Management decided I should just pay twice and keep my mouth shut. Recommend anyone else. Not this place

Staff was professional, friendly, helpful. Got right in for appointment and have never waited more than a few minutes.

I had a toothache that needed some attention and they got me in that afternoon and extracted two molars that needed to be removed. It was a great experience and I appreciate the professionalism of all involved. I have been feeling grateful all morning.

I went in had X-rays and I also have my teeth cleaned in and out of there in just 30 min I was very happy and Im glad I can finally get braces thank you to the team that helped me with getting a referral to the orthodontist to get my braces scheduled the only problem I had was the young lady who I gave my papers to when I left she was kinda rude and didnt really say much Im guessing she just was having a bad day
