Rodeway Inn Albany

Very loud, next to an interstate and an airport. The room was clean but the bed was terrible! 1 thin cigarette hole blanket and 2 flat pillows. No amenities at all. Don't plan on sleeping if you stay here. One nice thing is they allow dogs, but will hit you with a $20 per night, per dog fee when you go to check in. Would have been nice to know when I made a reservation.

What a great stay. It is underrated at very good. Should be EXCELLENT! While it is an older motel, it has everything you need, very clean and the staff was tops! Thank you for the great stay!

I stay in hotels 9/10s of the year due to work. I have experienced many different hotels in my time and ive gotta say I was skeptical of this hotel firstly because you typically get what you pay for, but also because of the horrible stay I had at the Corvallis location. However the hotel met every one of my expectations. My first impression was a welcoming feeling due to the employee that checked me in. The gentleman named Don working the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I rarely feel as welcomed as I did with this wonderful human being. He took the time to give me answers to all my questions and was kind. As I made my way through the door of my room I was prepared to be let down due to the low cost of my 2 night stay. However I was impressed by the clean smell and cleanliness of the Second floor room. The cable TV actually work and there were gobs of channels. The room came with all the amenities one would expect. Good sized fridge, microwave, and plenty of seating for friends and family. The bathroom was stocked with the necessities and the A/C helped me sleep the whole night through. I read a previous review saying the bed was uncomfortable. However that must be a thing of preference. The bed was a pillow top and relatively firm...perfect! The carpet was reassuringly stain free as I like to stretch before and after my day. I had no reserves about stretching out on this clean surface. The paint on the walls was relatively fresh and good lighting from one end of the room to the other. And there was plenty of parking near my room. The location is great as it's right off of I5, super close to Walmart, and if the park is your thing, the fair grounds are less than a 3 minute walk. Also there is an Asian restraunt next door that serves some decent food with bar and gambling. Personally I don't use but 'going green' weed shop is a 3 minute walk away also. My only concern is that the Rodeway owner raises rates. And rightly so. If the price stays low this is my new-found go to for hotel stays from here on out. Thank you for getting right what so many other hotels just can't do. Nearby activities: I5 is right here to get you where you are going Walkability: The Linn County park is close. Weed shop down the street. Walmart just a little further. Gas station across the road. Food & drinks: Asian restraunt next door
