        Our technician, Miles was excellent. He took his time explaining what the problem was with our plumbing stoppage issue and provided several options for repair. Once a decision was made, he got to work right away. The quick response to our request for help was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this company, especially Miles!         We had a plumbing emergency during the pandemic and called around to many local plumbers. Most went to some sort of third-party scheduling service cannot come out for a month or so. Linn Benton answered the call and were incredibly understanding. They are the same now. A big firm that is still 100% understanding and professional. With that comes fast work of the highest quality and dependability.
