This was definitely a high stress experience. Buying a home. Let alone my first. But it was made as easy as possible and went extremely smooth. Sheila is a true professional! She handled my pre-approval to locking my rate and finalizing my loan. Sheila was reliable, readily available, and was excellent at communicating with me about what was needed for my home loan.
