Codi Shull approved us for a loan and after weeks of searching for the right home, paying for inspections and scheduling contractors, we found out that she never properly approved us for the loan. We found this out on the week that we were supposed to close and move in. It was heart breaking and honestly the worst experience we have ever had. Our family was devastated and felt very taken advantage of. She kept reassuring us that we were approved throughout the whole process until the very end. Nothing had changed with our circumstances so the only explanation is that she was not thorough or did not have the knowledge that you would expect when buying a home. It was a disaster and I certainly would not recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. Our realtor could not believe it either.
