Slabtown Flats

Had a virtual tour with Jose and it went great. He showed me a unit on the top floor and I sorta liked it but there were somethings I didn't like. He told me he only had time to show me that one unit but he would send me videos/pictures of another one that he thought I would love. He never sent it to me. I texted him and he didn't respond. I also called the next day and left a very detailed message and he never returned my call. Very rude. This place is completely unprofessional. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

I have a lot of great things to say about Slabtown Flats but specifically came here to discuss how amazingly responsive their admin and maintenance team are. We had put in a couple of different maintenance requests for small things in our apartment, and within 24 hours Justin contacted us and then came out to fix the issues. I've lived in many apartment complexes that have week long or sometime multiple week long waits for maintenance requests, so it's nice to have a management team that is so responsive and efficient.

Looks great online and would have been interested in learning more, however the leasing office rep I communicated with, JinJoo was unhelpful and rather snobby when I confirmed the price point. Which BTW, the listed prices on the website are $150 less than the actual rate.
