Very hospitable and attentive service. No high pressure routine from the finance side. Good handoffs between team members as we moved through the process. There were some delays in the process which made it take longer than expected but communication was great throughout and we never felt abandoned or left to wonder what was happening. Really everything I would want in the car buying experience. Nice job all around.

Slava made us feel welcomed from our first introduction! He had us test drive the 2 models we had expressed interest in and both my husband and I got to drive them. His knowledge of the cars gave us so much confidence that intimately led to our purchase. His salesmanship was in his knowledge and his friendly communication skills. He kept us informed of when delivery was expected and when we came to pick up the car, he thoroughly went over the technology with us making us feel comfortable when leaving the lot. My husband and I have praised our experience to many of our friends. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you, Lexus for a great product and many thanks to Slava for making the buying experience so pleasurable!!

Entire experience went very well, I believe experiential describes my experience primarily due to Jeff Miller. Professional, proficient and personal. Shout out to Jeff and the gentlemans that greeted me when I pulled into the bay, for outstanding performance as usual.
