So impressed with their customer service! My kids had their school pictures taken through Dorion. The pictures look fantastic! Additionally, I realized months later that I was missing part of the order. Within 24 hours of sending the email with my concern the issue was resolved! Thank you so much!

When my child came home missing most of the pictures I ordered, it was quite possible my child or the school lost them, but when I contacted Dorian Studios to order reprints, they said they would replace them right away, and when I received them shortly after, I noticed they didn't charge me for the photos or the $7 shipping cost to my home address. I was determined to pay , but Dorian insisted; the great service was unexpected and will not soon be forgotten.

I ordered pictures online and wanted to confirm the background(s) between 2 packages. The customer service rep who answered my call was very rude and condescending! She was talking in circles (trying to tell me how to edit a package from an emailed receipt when you can only edit online prior to checkout) and if she would JUST LISTEN to your actual question instead of wanting to cut you off, talk over you, with a predetermined response we could have got somewhere. When looking up the school name and the state she acted like I knew all her accounts or could see her computer well we have like 10 schools with that name, so.. just in a rude tone and demeaning way and could have been handled better. I was told nothing can be changed/edited/etc after an order is placed even after a few minutes. Im okay with that and just to clarify I said so you have to wait 21 days for the order to ship, then send it back and reorder with any edits and wait another 21days? and she was just rude and short YUP! with that I asked to speak with someone else and got to run around to random managers voicemail
