This year was our second time working with Tom, and it went just as smoothly as the first. Professional, low stress attitude, timely responses and plenty of knowledge to share (or willingness to find answers.) Tom always seems to know references for whatever comes up in a purchase... contractors, inspectors, county records offices, ect.; all have been trustworthy and a good value. Nice to have that level of experience on your side as a buyer.
