        Dr. Portnoff is the best. Ive seen several rheumatologists in the Portland area over the years and for one reason or another have never felt like a partner in my care decisions until working with Dr. P for the first time back in 2018. Her new practice is awesome - well appointed and welcoming, plus the exam room has a nearly floor-to-ceiling window facing a quintessentially Oregon forest scene of firs, oaks, and ferns. Puts the care back into medical care.
