Wingstop

I ordered 8 bone in wing combo and got 8 boneless instead. Not a big deal since they were still good. Service was good and my 25 minute wait was actually more like 5-10. I hope the kinks get ironed out

Hope it gets better. Both times at this new spot missing half my order. Food is ice cold. Bummer

Ive waited years years for a Wing-stop to open in the area and was absolutely disappointed. The wings were dry, overcooked, quality of chicken was horrible, oil tasted old, lack of sauces or dry rub, and just plain gross! I could only eat 3 wings before I threw the rest out. Left hungry. Requested more sauce from the counter and was requested to pay for it??? Wait! What? She also kept touching her face and and hair apologizing stating theyre training staff. Well, if youre training, then you need to train them correctly. Paying over a dollar a wing -do better!!! I will never be back to location. Sorry Eugene! Youre missing out on the amazing Wing Stop that defines them! Honestly, rather eat gas station wings!

This rating is because my boyfriend and I have ordered wingstop 3 times since they opened and not one single time did they get our order correct. We got take out and an entire order was missing when we called they tried to argue and say that it was all there when we were supposed to have 40 wings and only had 20. The second time I ordered 2 orders of wings and still only got 1 luckily I checked before leaving the second time but then had to wait for my order and my other was cold. The 3rd time we door dashed and one of our orders of fries was missing. The systems at Wingstop are clearly not efficient because there are multiple reviews with the same problem. Food is fairly decent but service and follow through is awful. We are done ordering for a long while if at all again. Also like others have said the fries are always cold never had a batch that was hot.
