        The guy working the Friday evening shift (2/23/24) at your Bryn Mawr location was extraordinarily helpful with my Samsung Galaxy S10e. Didn't end up fixing it, but genuinely seemed to be trying his best when he easily could have shrugged and sent me away.

        Dropped off my Z Fold 4 somewhere around 2pm. They told me they wanted to allow enough time to fix it and said it would be ready around 7pm closing time. I showed up about 6:50pm and got my phone back around 7:25pm. I don't mind the extra wait, after all they stayed after hours to fix it. My phone had a cracked inner screen. I got it back perfect. I hope I don't need to go back but if I do need another repair, I would come to this place again. Anymore our lives are held within our phones and it is important to take it to a place that does quality work, can't rush that.
