The process of going to get stuff out of my car after it was deemed totalled was easy and painless.... ** updated after a call from the manager or owner. I was informed the dog was removed and the smell is gone, but cannot confirm myself at this time. Original info left for context. I am glad they care enough to reach out, but a phone call felt a little weird. He was very nice and courteous though. :) Hope the smell is actually gone! The reason for 3 stars: inside the office where it heavily smelled like wet dog. It was so gross. The place was clean, but the smell intense. Yes there was a dog present at the front desk gated in and sleeping, but the whole office smelled of wet dog. Like they cleaned the carpets but didn't use the proper chemicals to get pet smells out and instead made it worse. Yuck!
