Not once in my life have I ever been compelled to genuinely report a staff member, until today. The manager at this location is the rudest person Ive ever experienced in customer service. While I am appreciative that they comped the remaining price of my correct contact prescription, their negligence has given me the wrong contacts three times. The stores manager (black hair and glasses) attempted to argue me on every single point, while not once had I been rude, angry, or disrespectful. The manager stared at me for 2 minutes straight while calling me immature amongst other insults and continued to call me names as I walked out. Please take your business elsewhere as I am.

Ive been seen by the optometrist for quite a few years now and have no reason to complain. But the quality of the administration and friendliness of the eyewear consultants are lacking and the eyewear is usually very pricey. Will switch to an ophthalmologist and order frames and contacts online.

Very welcoming environment! The staff was very friendly and even helped me pick out some frames for my glasses that fit my face! Will definitely be back!

Lifesaver! My screw needed to be tightened and I was panicking because my secondary pair cant be found, and they took my glasses and fixed them with no problems. 100% recommended to the ladies on 06/24/23 at 10:20am.
