        Nicole and the DelcoPHIT classes have been a game changer for me. I have never exercised consistently before, and now I plan my weeks around the class schedule. The classes are always fun and dynamic. Nicole is also an amazing personal trainer!!!

        Ive been a member of DelcoPhit from the beginning. Its great for all levels of fitness. Nicole is a motivating instructor and each class is different so youll never get bored and shell always challenge you to the best of your abilities. All of the instructors at DelcoPhit are amazing and challenging! I highly recommend!!
