Valley Forge Towers

This is such a beautiful complex. There are so many amenities both inside of the apartment and in the outside - the pool, the theater rooms and the kids playground.

This building is for the elderly only! The building is old and the residence they take on are only people who are elderly. This company discriminates on a persons race and also passes inaccurate prejudice judgements. The people making decisions clearly hasnt gone through life experiences and pray they never fall short of knowing struggle and rebuild since they bask in such a pure world of no challenges. Some of the units offered are not in comparison to upgrades you see on their site. Its very misleading. Down to appliances and fixtures throughout the unit. The patios need some work and dont look to safe. The only great thing would be their amenities. However there is nothing urban here or geared towards a young working professional. Its more for retiree down to their type of nail and hair salons. The practices used for screening an applicant are more judgmental than an actual screening. I would highly suggest looking else where. Look into newer buildings that offer great service and amenities. The property manage Lex was great but has no empowerment within her role. Which makes it baseless to be a property manager. For me I glad to have found else where Eaton area is great and the summer hill new development of townhomes are absolutely beautiful. Please do your research on the Towers as i did with their discrimination practices and be sure to tour and observe their retirement facility.
